टीवी के मशहूर कॉमेडियन कपिल शर्मा ने इंडिगो एयरलाइंस के सर्विस को लेकर ट्वीट किया है। कॉमेडियन ने इस ट्वीट के जरिए एयरलाइंस के सर्विस को लेकर नाराजगी जाहिर की है। दरअसल, कपिल शर्मा को इंडिगो की फ्लाइट से कहीं जा रहे थे। इस दौरान फ्लाइट डेढ़ घंटे लेट हो गई। कपिल सहित 180 यात्रियों को पहले 50 मिनट तक बस में इंतजार कराया गया। इसके बाद पायलट के ट्रैफिक में फंसे होने की वजह से फ्लाइट और देर हो गई। इसे लेकर उन्होंने वीडियो शेयर कर एयरलाइंस पर जमकर सुनाया और साथ ही नसीहत भी दे डाली।
50 मिनट तक बस में कराया गया इंतजार
कपिल ने ट्वीट कर लिखा है कि इंडिगो एयरलाइंस पहले आपने हमें 50 मिनट तक बस में इंतजार कराया गया। अब आपकी टीम कह रही है कि पायलट ट्रैफिक में फंस गया है। क्या यह सच है? हमें रात 8 बजे तक उड़ान भरनी थी और 9:20 बज चुके हैं, अभी भी कॉकपिट में कोई पायलट नहीं है। क्या आपको लगता है कि ये 180 पैसेंजर्स फिर से इस फ्लाइट से ट्रैवेल करना चाहेंगे? कपिल इस सफर से इस कदर परेशान हो गए हैं कि उन्होंने भविष्य में इस एयरलाइंस से ट्रैवल ना करने की बात कही है।

अपने रवैये के लिए इंडिगो एयरलाइंस को शर्म आनी चाहिए
इस ट्वीट के एक घंटे बाद कपिल ने एक और ट्वीट किया। इसमें उन्होंने लिखा कि इंडिगो एयरलाइंस अब सभी यात्रियों को विमान से उतार रहे हैं और कह रहे हैं कि हम आपको दूसरे विमान से भेज देंगे लेकिन फिर से हमें सुरक्षा जांच के लिए टर्मिनल पर वापस जाना होगा। लोग आपकी वजह से पीड़ित हैं। इंडिगो एयरलाइंस आपकी सर्विस बहुत लेट है। यहां कुछ बुजुर्ग यात्री हैं जो व्हील चेयर पर है, जिनका स्वास्थ्य बहुत अच्छी स्थिति में नहीं है। आपको अपने रवैये के लिए शर्म आनी चाहिए।
