अगर मन में कुछ कर गुजरने की चाहत हो और परिवार का भी समर्थन मिल जाए, तो हौसलों को उड़ान मिल जाती है। कुछ ऐसी ही कहानी है बिहार के सारण जिले के मढ़ौरा की रहने वाली ताईबा अफरोज की। ताईबा को बचपन से ही पायलट बनने का सपना था, और इस सपने को पूरा करने के लिए उनके पिता ने अपनी संपत्ति तक बेच दी। आज उनकी मेहनत रंग लाई है और ताईबा अब एक कमर्शियल पायलट बन चुकी हैं।
मढ़ौरा के जलालपुर निवासी मोतीउल हक और समसुन निशा की बेटी ताईबा अफरोज ने हाल ही में डीडीसीए से आवश्यक लाइसेंस प्राप्त किया है। वह मढ़ौरा की पहली महिला पायलट हैं, और अब वह खुले आसमान में पंख फैलाकर उड़ने को तैयार हैं। ताईबा के इस सफलता से उनके परिवार और पूरे मढ़ौरा को गर्व है।.jpeg)
ताईबा ने अपनी इंटरमीडिएट की पढ़ाई पूरी करने के बाद पायलट बनने का निर्णय लिया। इसके बाद उन्होंने 2020 में भुवनेश्वर फ्लाइंग क्लब में दाखिला लिया, जहां उन्होंने 80 घंटे का फ्लाइंग अनुभव प्राप्त किया। हालांकि, एक प्रशिक्षु पायलट की मौत के बाद ताईबा ने कुछ समय के लिए प्रशिक्षण बंद कर दिया था। लेकिन फिर चेन्नई के पूर्व डीजीपी अनुप जायसवाल की मदद से उन्होंने 2023 में इंदौर फ्लाइंग क्लब में प्रशिक्षण फिर से शुरू किया और वहां 120 घंटे का प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त किया। इसके बाद उन्हें डीडीसीए से कमर्शियल पायलट का लाइसेंस प्राप्त हुआ। अब वह सारण जिले की दूसरी और मढ़ौरा की पहली महिला पायलट बन गई हैं।
ताईबा ने बताया कि उनके पायलट बनने के सफर में उनके पिता के दोस्त, मढ़ौरा के चंदना निवासी एयरफोर्स कर्मी अली हसन और चेन्नई के पूर्व डीजीपी अनुप जायसवाल ने उनका मार्गदर्शन और समर्थन किया। ताईबा के अनुसार, उनके पिता की आर्थिक स्थिति ठीक नहीं थी, लेकिन फिर भी उन्होंने फ्लाइंग क्लब की भारी फीस चुकाने के लिए मढ़ौरा के बैंक ऑफ इंडिया से लोन लिया और अपनी एक प्रॉपर्टी बेच दी।
ताईबा अफरोज ने कहा, "पर्दा प्रथा से कुछ नहीं हासिल हो सकता। कपड़े से पहचान बनाने की बजाय, लड़कियों को अपने मेधा और प्रतिभा से पहचान बनानी चाहिए।" उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि एविएशन के क्षेत्र में आने के लिए लड़कियों को हौसला रखना बहुत जरूरी है। उन्होंने मुस्लिम लड़कियों से अपील की कि वे अपने भविष्य निर्माण का फैसला खुद करें और किसी के दबाव में न आएं। उन्होंने कहा कि लड़कियां अपने हुनर और प्रतिभा के पंखों से उड़ान भरकर मनचाही मंजिल प्राप्त कर सकती हैं। ताईबा अफरोज की सफलता ने यह साबित कर दिया है कि अगर इरादा मजबूत हो और परिवार का समर्थन हो, तो किसी भी सपने को पूरा किया जा सकता है।
